It depends. The workflows process depends on your experience and the combination of tools you use to complete the design task.
No. Many are curated and the link to them are shared natively. The plan is to eventually create Figma templates out of all the curated ones. This currently is the most visually versitile format to get them out to you. I will also consider other formats if it helps. Have some ideas? contact me with the link above.

Trust no one... LOL honestly, in the tech space I've struggled to think of ways to share ideas and interests creatively to an audience. Why I made this.
Lost in a maze of design tools, Adobe felt like a heavyweight and Canva seemed condescending. Nothing spoke to the creators, the makers, yearning for a tailored approach. No detailed courses; just a hunger for processes that could elevate the essence of a product launch.
As I dove deeper, I discovered a scattered landscape of apps excelling in singular tasks, many of them free. My own design journey lacked a roadmap; an undocumented dance through creativity. How many others were fumbling in the dark, designing without a defined workflow?
I pondered the absurdity – mastering design without process is like playing a nursery rhyme on the piano in the dark. Sure you can stumble through it, but you shouldnt have to.
It struck me: I could be a helpful light here. "If I'm crafting my design workflows for me, perhaps others will value it too."
My testing and pre-sale list told me I was right.
And so, BrandToys was born.
